Congo Democratic is a big country with more than 80,000million population. heath workers have not been receiving their wage for 20years now. the Eastern Congo since 1994 is a big theatre of civil war, insecurity and aggressions. Goma town receives refugee coming from nearby cities and villages. the number of motorcycles increases very day. therefore hospitals always are challenged by increased number of trauma patient who are very poor with a limited number of trained personnel.
